Michelle Zambrana • Program Manager
Michelle has made working with children in need her life’s work and is dedicated to providing children with the best care possible. Since 1999, she has worked in many childcare settings, and has become an advocate and aid for many children after they age out of the foster care system, providing them with a network of assistance that started at Milestone and has now grown into Fostering Adulthood. Michelle recently earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice from the University of Phoenix, and will soon be pursuing her Master’s degree.
Sarah Patrick • Program Social Worker
Sarah Patrick holds a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University in Virginia. She is seeking licensure through the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California and will obtain her license in April of 2017. Sarah is a member of the American Psychological Association and receives frequent continuing education relevant to the field of at- risk youth. Sarah has had eight years of experience working with at-risk youth and children with posttraumatic stress disorder. Sarah also counsels individually youth with mood disorders, grief and loss, or psychological problems. Her clients include those who wish to improve their parenting, communication, and/or life skills.
